How to create the Hello World Mashup using WSO2 Mashup Server

Download and install WSO2 Mashup server. More details available here

Login to admin colsol using the following credentials

username: admin
password: admin

Click create under Javascript Service
Give the mashup name as firstmashup and click next

I used the follwing output

return "Hi, my name is Achala";

Then click save changes.

The term implies easy, fast integration, frequently using open APIs and data sources to produce enriched results that were not necessarily the original reason for producing the raw source data.

The mashup technology brings SOA closer to the end-user.

Mashups are based on data and access standards such as WSDL, REST and RSS.

Mashup server is server that hosts mashups and provide the capability to automate most routine tasks required to creating and maintaining mashups.

WSO2 Mashup Server Installation 

Download the binary zip archive

Unzip the zipfile to any location. 

Go to the bin directory and type './wso2server.sh'

Open the browser and type "https://localhost:9443/"
